On 14 December, 2012 Žemaitijos Pienas, AB completed the acquisition of own
shares on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. The company acquired 1 360 000 own
shares, which represents 2,81_% of the Company's authorised share capital. The
purchase price for one share was LTL 2.20.
