Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act
of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares 



YIT Corporation has on December 14, 2015 received an announcement under Chapter
9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of
Polaris Capital Management, LLC in YIT has gone below the threshold of 5 per
cent. 

According to the announcement, the holding of Polaris Capital Management, LLC
in YIT has on December 11, 2015 decreased to 6,302,538 shares, corresponding to
4.95 per cent of YIT's shares and the holding of voting rights in YIT has
decreased to 4,461,257, which is 3.51 per cent of voting rights in YIT. 

On November 12, 2015 YIT announced that that the holding of Polaris Capital
Management, LLC in YIT had increased to 6,374,798 shares, corresponding to 5.01
per cent of YIT’s shares, and the number of voting rights had increased to
4,533,517, corresponding to 3.56 per cent of voting rights in YIT. 

YIT has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. YIT’s registered
total number of shares amounting to 127,223,422 has been used in the
calculation of percentages for the announcement.
