Lifosa AB - Notification on material event

Kedainiai District Court's judgement

On 08-11-2011 AB "Lifosa" received not validated Kedainiai District Court's
judgement, dtd. 07-11-2011.On November 7, 2011 Kedainiai District Court adopted
the judgement in a civil case under the application lodged by the applicant
Joint Stock Company „Mineral and Chemical Company „EuroChem“ to the interested
persons AB „Lifosa“ and minority shareholders of AB „Lifosa“ (i.e. those who
did not sell owned AB "Lifosa" shares to the Applicant over the mandatory
buy-up period) regarding the engagement of the securities account managers to
perform entries in the securities accounts on the transfer of the title of AB
„Lifosa“ shares to the Joint Stock Company „Mineral and Chemical Company
„EuroChem“. The court decided to settle the application and obligated AB
„Lifosa“ securities account managers to perform entries in securities accounts
within 7 office days after court judgement validation on the transfer of the
title of AB „Lifosa“ registered ordinary shares to the shareholder buying-up
the shares - Joint Stock Company „Mineral and Chemical Company „EuroChem“.
