Disclosure notification under chapter 2, section 9 of the securities markets act

On 7 July 2010, Ixonos Plc received the following disclosure notification,      
pursuant to the Securities Markets Act (495/1989), of company's shares and      
related voting rights:                                                          

Ilari Koskelo had given an underwriting undertaking of maximum EUR 1 million    
with certain conditions regarding the subscription of new shares in Ixonos Plc's
rights offering.                                                                

The final outcome of Ixonos' rights offering was published on 30 June 2010 and  
Ilari Koskelo did not use his underwriting undertaking. Therefore Ilari Koskelo 
did not subscribe any Ixonos Plc's shares based on the underwriting undertaking 
described in the disclosure notification published on 1 June 2010.              

Ilari Koskelo together with the entity under his control holds 322,316 Ixonos   
Plc shares, which is equivalent to 2.2 per cent of Ixonos Plc's share capital   
and voting rights.                                                              

The underwriting undertaking has been expired.
