PKC GROUP OYJ'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2009          

PKC Group Oyj will publish its Financial Statement Bulletin 2008 on Thursday,   
February 12, 2009 at 8.15 a.m. and the Annual Report on 6. March 2009. The      
Annual Report will be published in the PKC Group's website only.                

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 4.00    
p.m. at PKC's offices in Kempele, at the address Vihikari 10.                   

In 2009 PKC Group will publish three Interim Reports as follows:                
Interim Report 1-3/2009 Thursday, April 30, 2009 at 8.15 a.m.                   
Interim Report 1-6/2009 Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 8.15 a.m.                   
Interim Report 1-9/2009 Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 8.15 a.m.
