PKC Group Plc has signed a new revolving credit facility agreement and a
domestic commercial paper program 



PKC Group Plc has today signed a new revolving credit facility agreement and a
domestic commercial paper program to expand the funding base of the PKC Group
Plc. 



PKC Group Plc has signed a five year revolving credit facility agreement of EUR
90 million. The arrangers of the credit facility are Nordea Bank Finland Plc,
Pohjola Bank Plc and Merchant Banking, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ).
Nordea Bank Plc acts as a coordinator of the arrangement. The new agreement
replaces the previous credit facility agreement of EUR 30 million signed in
August 2011. PKC Group Plc has also signed a domestic commercial paper program
of EUR 90 million. The lead arranger of the commercial paper program is Pohjola
Bank Plc. The dealers of the program are Pohjola Bank Plc and Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB (publ). 



The restructuring of financing was executed in order to ensure funding for
investment, working capital and refinancing and to diversify the funding
sources of PKC Group Plc.
