Lietuvos Energija UAB - Notification on material event

Regarding the acquisition of 25 % shares of UAB “Eurakras” by “Lietuvos energija”, UAB

“Lietuvos energija”, UAB, (hereinafter – the Company) identification code 301844044, registered office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. The total nominal value of issued bonds 300 000 000 EUR; ISIN code XS1646530565.

The Company informs that on 12/09/2017 it has completed the purchase process of 25 % shares of UAB “Eurakras”, legal entity’s code 300576942, registered address Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. “Lietuvos energija“, UAB, acquired 25 % of UAB “Eurakras” shares from UAB “Renagro” for the price of 4 283 196,54 Eur. Company acquired shares by exercising  the statutory shareholder's pre-emption right.

At the beginning of 2016 “Lietuvos Energija” acquired 75 percent of UAB “Eurakras” shares, so now it owns 100 percent of shares. Such acquisitions correspond to "Lietuvos energija" strategy, expands and diversifies activities, increases the value of the group and dividends paid to the state.
