Taaleri submits listing application to main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki

Taaleri Plc has today submitted a listing application to NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd to seek admission of the company’s shares to trading on the main list of
the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The listing is subject to approval of the
application by the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and that the Finnish Financial
Supervisory Authority approves the Listing Prospectus. The objective is for
trading of the company’s shares to begin on the main list on 1 April 2016. 

At the same time, Taaleri has submitted to the Helsinki Stock Exchange an
application that its shares be removed from the First North Finland marketplace
maintained by NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. 

The trading code TAALA and ISIN code FI4000062195 of the company’s shares will
remain unchanged. From this day forward, Taaleri Plc will adhere to the rules
and regulations relating to the disclosure obligation of listed companies. 

Further information on the listing will be available in a Listing Prospectus
approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. When the prospectus
has been approved, it will be available electronically on Taaleri’s website at
http://www.taaleri.com/home/investor-relations as well as in printed form at
Taaleri’s Helsinki office (Kluuvikatu 3), and at the Helsinki Stock Exchange
(Fabianinkatu 14). The publication of the prospectus will be announced
separately.
