Stumbras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning plans of temporarily break in production from 25th December till 5th of January

Company is planning to temporarily cut its output from 25th of December till
5th of January next year. Main reason behind this is recent decline in
production demand, caused by the excise duty increase. 

“Our output in the months of January and February will be considerably less
than in the previous months - this decline is usually seasonal. The time chosen
to temporarily cut production is partly related to the Christmas holidays, but
only partly, because this time was very busy in the recent years. After
discussions with the trading department, it was decided that looking from sales
perspective, the chosen time is the best for temporarily cut in production” -
Company's marketing director, Algirdas Čiburys. 

According to Mr. A. Čiburys, “Currently, company does not plan to adjust its
financial forecast. Anyhow, if forecast would be changed, such information
would be immediatly announced to the stock exchange”
