INFORMATION REGARDING A CLAIM FOR CORRECTION IN THE PURCHASE DECISION MADE BY THE CITY OF HELSINKI

QPR Software Plc has today been informed that the technical service board of
the City of Helsinki has approved a claim for correction made by QPR Software´s
rival and decided to cancel contract award decision dated on 21 April 2015.
Technical service board decided to return the case to the City´s sourcing unit
for preparation. In contract award decision made on 21 April 2015, City of
Helsinki decided to approve QPR Software´s offer for delivering process and
enterprise architecture tool as a service. 

QPR Software has earlier released stock exchange releases on contract award
decision made by the City of Helsinki and related claims for correction on 22
April, 7 May and 11 May 2015.
