Affecto Plc has on 4 October 2017 received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act according to which the total combined holdings of CGI Nordic Investments Limited have 4 October 2017 increased above 90 percent and are currently 20,517,173 shares and 91.39 percent of the total amount of shares and votes in Affecto.

Affecto has a total of 22,450,745 shares. The Company has one share class and each share entitles to one vote.
