Raute Corporation (Business ID 0149072-6) has received on 2 June 2016 a
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act
according to which the holding of Mr. Goran Sundholm has decreased below 15% of
the total number of Raute Corporation's shares, when the increase of Raute
Corporation's share capital was entered in the Trade Register on 9 May 2016.
The total number of Raute Corporation's shares is 4,162,578 pcs and the total
amount of voting rights is 22,994,637 votes.
