CENCORP EXTENDS SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE CONVERTIBLE BOND PUBLISHED ON 21
AUGUST 2012 

Cencorp Corporation ("Cencorp") announced on 17 October 2012 that it extends
the subscription period of the convertible bond, published on 21 August 2012,
until 9 November 2012. Cencorp's Board of Directors has now decided to further
extend the subscription period of the convertible bond until 30 November 2012
at 18.00. The other terms of the convertible bond stay unchanged.
