LEMMINKÄINEN'S ANNUAL REPORT, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
STATEMENT FOR 2014 PUBLISHED 

Lemminkäinen's annual report for 2014 has been published at
www.lemminkainen.com/annualreport2014 and as an attachment to this stock
exchange release. The online annual report includes the annual review, the
financial statements for the accounting period 1 January to 31 December 2014
and the sustainability report that follows the Global Reporting Initiative's
(GRI) G3.1 Guidelines. The company has declared that its reporting is compliant
with Application Level B of the GRI G3 Guidelines. The Annual Report is
available in Finnish and in English.
