Litgrid AB Supervisory Board's Response and Suggestions to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Supervisory Board, having acquainted with Litgrid AB Financial Statements 2014,
Consolidated Annual Report 2014, and Draft Paper on the Distribution of Profit
(Loss) 2014, notes the absence of material comments on these documents and
suggests the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the set of Corporate
Financial Statements 2014 and distribute the profit (loss) as stated in the
Draft Paper on the Distribution of Profit (Loss) 2014 proposed by the Board.
