Lietuvos Energija AB Established Daughter Company, Electricity Transmission System Operator

October 22, 2009. The legal entities register has enlisted LITGRID UAB - a new
daughter company of Lietuvos Energija AB. Upon receipt of electricity
transmission licence, the company will perform as electricity transmission
operator. The authorized capital of the company - LTL 500 thousand. 100 percent
shares of the newly established company are owned by Lietuvos Energija AB. The
company was registered at Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, The Republic of
Lithuania.
