Stora Enso: Announcement with a reference to Chapter 9, paragraph 10 of the
Finnish Securities Markets Act
Stora Enso Oyj has on 31 December 2015 received an announcement under Chapter
9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which BlackRock
Inc.'s indirect holding in Stora Enso shares has reached the threshold of 5%
on 30 December 2015.
The shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Stora Enso has increased to 34 458 320
shares, corresponding to 5.00% of Stora Enso’s shares. The share of voting
rights remains under 5%. The total number of Stora Enso shares owned directly
or through financial instruments by BlackRock, Inc. and its funds was 5.00% on
30 December 2015. The holdings of BlackRock Inc have been calculated according
