Fiskars - Changes board/management/auditors

Fiskars appoints Teemu Kangas-Kärki as President of its Home business area

Fiskars has appointed Teemu Kangas-Kärki as President of its Home business
area. Teemu Kangas-Kärki, who has held the position of Chief Financial Officer
at Fiskars since 2008, will assume his new duties immediately. The search for a
new CFO has begun. In the mean time, Jyri Virrantuomi, Vice President, Finance,
has been appointed acting CFO for Fiskars Group.

consumer goods company for Scandinavian design. I am confident that Teemu
Kangas-Kärki's proven leadership skills will strengthen the clarity of
direction of Fiskars Home's roadmap and accelerate the expansion of our Home
business outside the Nordic home markets,” said Kari Kauniskangas, President
and CEO of Fiskars Group. 

Jaakko Autere, former President of the Home business area, has decided to leave
the company for personal reasons. 

Fiskars Home offers a wide range of products for the kitchen, the table and the
home, with a broad portfolio of respected brands such as Iittala, Fiskars,
Arabia and Hackman. Going forward, the focus for Fiskars Home is shifting
towards new market openings in Central Europe and Asia. At the end of 2011,
there were around 170 Iittala stores, outlets and shop-in-shops in Europe and
Asia.
