Concerning Abandoned Board Meeting

On 30th of March 2009, at 13.00, the meeting of the Company Board was convened
by the announcement of the chairman of the Board of AB“Gubernija“. 
Target agenda of the Board Meeting:
1.Calling of the General Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. 
2.Approval of the Agenda of the General Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. 
3.Approval of decision projects concerning agenda issues of the General
Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. 
The members of the Board were informed about the meeting in written. Upon the 
default of the Board members Romualdas Dunauskas and Lina Dunauskaite, and in
default of a quorum, the meeting of the Board is considered as abandoned.
