Recalling and election of PC "Lithuanian shipping company " members of the Board

1. Due to the expiration of the term of office of the Board, the Supervisory
Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” has recalled the members of the Board
(protocol No. 1 dd. 03.04.2014): 

- Saulius Girdauskas, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport and
Communications of the Republic of Lithuania; 

 - Andrius Sniuolis, Director of Water and Railways Transport Policy Department
of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania; 

- Egle Vysniauskaite, Deputy Director of Water and Railways Transport Policy
Departmen of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of
Lithuaniat; 

 - Mindaugas Utkevicius , “AS LHV Capital“ (asset management) partner;

- Stepas Telesius, UAB “ACME Grupe”, co-owner, Chairmen of the Board, Director.

2.  Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” has elected members
of the Board for the new term of office (protocol No. 1 dd. 03.04.2014):
