Eyrir Invest bond buyback and new borrowing

Today Eyrir Invest bought back bonds from the bond issue EYRI 05 1 with nominal
value of 325 million ISK. The transaction was at par. 

The Company has also entered into a loan agreement with MP Bank secured by a
share pledge in the amount of 500 million ISK. The loan is indexed and carries
a variable interest rate, which is 5.70% currently. The loan has a 5 year
maturity with interest payments due every 6 months. The final payment is due in
November 2016. 

The new loan and bond buyback are part of Eyrir Invest's ongoing debt and cash
flow management.
