Notice on acquisition of own shares

Telšiai, Lietuva, 2011-08-17 08:24 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1. According to the
decision re “The determination of the order of own share acquisition” of JSC
“Žemaitijos pienas” shareholders' meeting dated April 8, 2011 and to the
authority granted to the company management for determination of precise share
acquisition conditions, the management have concluded: 

1.1. To take up to 2,1 per cents of shares, i.e. up to 1 000 000 (one million)
company (JSC “Žemaitijos pienas”) common nominal shares of 1 (one) litas share
denomination; 

1.2. To determine the own share acquisition price of - 1,80 Lt (one Lt 80 ct)
per one common nominal share of JSC “Žemaitijos pienas”; 

1.3. To determine the own share acquisition period - 30 (thirty) days. Shares
shall be taken up from August 22, 2011 till September 20, 2011. 

1.4. Shares shall be taken up at the Vilnius Stock Exchange NASDAQ OMX in the
way of formal proposal. 

1.5. To implement the formal proposal via the JSC Šiaulių bank performing the
accounting of stocks issued by the company.
