THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED IN ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT'S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAVE
BEEN REGISTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER 



Orava Residential Real Estate Investment Trust plc's (Orava Residential REIT)
500,000 shares that the company allocated to itself without charge in a
directed share issue on 17 December 2014 have been registered into the Trade
Register. The company may use the shares for strengthening its capital
structure, developing its business operations and widening its ownership base
by both acquiring investment properties and issuing convertible bonds. After
the issue the total number of shares of the company is 5,706,123 shares.
