VST AB - Notification on material event

VST, AB approved the prices and tariffs of electricity and the procedure of their application for the second half of the year 2010

On 29Th of April, 2010 the Management Board of VST, AB approved the prices and
tariffs of electricity and the procedure of their application for the second
half of the year 2010 and submits them to the National Control Commission for
Prices and Energy (NCCPE). 
The Management Board of VST, AB decided not to change tariffs of electricity
for the second half of the year 2010. Final electricity prices, tariffs and
their application are published by the NCCPE according the procedures laid down
in the legal acts.
