CHANGES TO PROHA BOARD COMPOSITION

Deviating from the company announcement of 8 December 2008, Birger Flaa will
not resign from the Proha board of directors as of 31 December 2008. The board
continues with four members in order not to compromise its quorum on the basis
of chapter 6, article 3 of the Companies Act. 

Svein Stavelin and Jon Erling Tenvik will resign from the Proha board of
directors in accordance with the previous announcement as of 31 December 2008.
They will continue to serve the Proha Group as the board members of Dovre.
