THE CEO OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ WILL CHANGE

Topi Karppanen, an acting CEO of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, has finished his
assignment on March 31 2015, as agreed in the beginning of his appointment. 
M.Sc. (Tech.) Kalle Rasinmäki has been appointed as a new CEO of Vaahto Group
Plc, starting on April 1, 2015. His previous position was Executive Vice
President of Business Area Japrotek Vessels and the Managing Director of
Japrotek Oy Ab. Mr. Rasinmäki will continue as Managing Director of Japrotek
and he has also been appointed to act as Managing Director of AP-Tela Oy. Topi
Karppanen continues as a member of the Board of Directors of Vaahto Group. "We thank Topi Karppanen for a work extremely well done, especially in starting
Vaahto Group's program for adjusting operations and costs and also in
developing sales operations. I'm happy that his successor has been found within
Vaahto Group. I believe that Kalle Rasinmäki has good qualifications to succeed
