Sanitas (company code 1341 36296, registered address Veiveriu str. 134B,
Kaunas, Lithuania) information for 2011 (consolidated and separate financial
statements, consolidated annual report, confirmation of responsible persons,
independent auditor‘s report) is presented. This information was submitted for
the approval of the Management Board of the Company. Annual information for
2011, approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting, will be presented
after this meeting is held. 

Audited consolidated AB Sanitas and its subsidiaries (hereinafter - SANITAS
Group) profit before tax in 2011 amounted to LTL 322,771 thousand (€ 93,481
thousand). Audited SANITAS Group profit before tax differs by more than 10%
from preliminary activity result for 12 months of 2011, which was announced on
27 February, 2012, as during the audit the investment to SANITAS Group
associated entity Valeant IPM z o.o. accounting was specified.
