EXIT IN AMANDA CAPITALS INVESTMENT SEGMENT







There has been an exit in Amanda's portfolio and the exit generates a cash flow
of over one million euros for Amanda. 





MB Equity Fund II -private equity fund has sold its share in Mainio Vire
Holding Oy to HgCapital. Mainio Vire is Finland's leading social care company.
The exit is profitable and Amanda will receive the proceeds during the second
or third quarter of 2011.
