Change in the Board of Directors of If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd

CHANGE IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF IF P&C INSURANCE HOLDING LTD                

The Annual General Meeting of If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd has today elected the
company's managing director Torbjörn Magnusson as a new member of the Board. Mr 
Magnusson replaces Markku Hyvärinen who will leave the Board of Directors. The  
Board of Directors of the company consists of Kari Stadigh, the Chairman of the 
Board, Patrick Lapveteläinen, Peter Johansson and Torbjörn Magnusson.
