following flagging notification concerning the shares in SSH Communications
Security Corporation:

Juha Mikkonen
Assetman Ltd.

3. Reason for notification

Assetman Ltd., a company under Juha Mikkonen´s control, sold 2.500.000 shares
of the Company to Juha Mikkonen. 

Due to this sale:

The direct ownership to shares and votes held by Juha Mikkonen, has increased
above 5 percent (1/20) of all shares and votes in SSH Communications Security
Corporation, being 2.500.000 shares (8.08%). 

The ownership to shares and votes held by Assetman Ltd., has decreased below 5
percent (1/20) of all shares and votes in SSH Communications Security
Corporation being, 650.000 shares (2.10%). 

4. Share of the ownership in the company

Juha Mikkonen, including the companies under his control (Assetman Ltd.) owns
3.150.000 shares and votes in SSH Communications Security Corporation,
corresponding 10.18 per cent of all shares and votes in SSH Communications
Security Corporation.
