Technopolis to Expand in Kuopio

Technopolis Plc will launch phase 7B in Viestikatu near the University of
Kuopio. The investment is estimated to be EUR 9.0 million. 

The floor area of the office will be approximately 4,800 square meters and the
gross area of the building totals 6,300 square meters. 53 % of the facilities
have been pre-let. The office building is scheduled for completion in December
2012.
