the Year 2008, prepared in accordance with the International Financial
Reporting Standards, the draft Consolidated Annual Report of SEB Bank for the
Year 2008 together with its annex (Disclosure form concerning the compliance
with the Governance Code for companies lsted on the regulated market) as well
as the independent auditor's report regarding the Consolidated Financial
Statements of SEB Bank for the Year 2008. 

These draft documents are a part of the draft decisions of the Annual General
Meeting of the Shareholders of SEB Bank that will take place on 20 March 2009.
