CHANGE IN COMPONENT SOFTWARE DIVIDEND AND OFFER PRICE

Related  to  Affecto's intention to make a public tender offer for  Component
Software Group ASA, Affecto and Component Software have agreed to change  the
Combination Agreement of 11 June 2007 in such a way, that Component  Software
will not pay dividend.

Component Software and Affecto have agreed that Component Software shall  not
distribute  dividend,  which was agreed to amount  to  NOK  1.82  per  share.
Correspondingly the cash consideration component paid by Affecto is increased
by  1.82  NOK  per  share, from 38.21 NOK to 40.03 NOK.  Share  consideration
component will not change.

The  total  offered consideration for one Component Software  share  will  be
65.50  NOK  (instead  of  63.68 NOK consideration  +  1.82  NOK  dividend  as
originally  agreed  in  Combination Agreement). The  consideration  comprises
40.03  NOK  in  cash and 0.81063 Affecto shares corresponding  to  25.47  NOK
(based on agreed value of 31.42 NOK per Affecto share).

The  total consideration received by Component Software shareholders  remains
the same.

From Affecto perspective, the change has no impact on goodwill or net debt of
the  combined entity. Component Software's cash resources are as much  larger
as the acquisition price increases.

The  public  tender  offer, being prepared by Affecto,  is  estimated  to  be
launched during July.
