Due to the fact that on 3 December 2015 in the general shareholders meetings of
LESTO AB and public limited liability company “Lietuvos dujos” an issue of 
LESTO AB and “Lietuvos dujos” reorganization by merger, establishing “Energijos
skirstymo operatorius” AB, will be held, a presentation to investors is being
published. 

The objective of this presentation - to present the activities of ESO, the
nominated candidates to the company's management, financial indicators of LESTO
and “Lietuvos dujos”, and other relevant information about the reorganization.
