Changes in the Atria Group Management Group                                     

The composition of the Atria Group Management Group and the areas of            
responsibility of its members will be revised as of 1 December 2007 as follows: 

Mr. Jarmo Lindholm has been appointed Group Vice President responsible for      
product development and product group management and a member of the Group's    
Management Group as of 1 December 2007.                                         

Ms. Merja Leino continues as Group Vice President responsible for quality and   
product safety. Her area of responsibility will also include responsibility for 
the development of the convenience food operations of the entire Group.         

Mr. Pasi Luostarinen is responsible for management and development of Atria     
Group brands. He is also responsible for the development of the cold cuts       
operations of the entire Group.                                                 

Mr. Christer Åberg is responsible for the development of the Concepts operations
of the Atria Group. He will continue in his current position as the General     
Manager of Atria Scandinavia.                                                   

In other regards the areas of responsibility within the Group's Management Group
remain unchanged.
