holding of BlackRock, Inc. (USA Tax ID 32-0174421) in Konecranes Plc has
decreased below 10 percent. BlackRock, Inc. held 6,121,545 Konecranes Plc's
shares on March 3, 2011, which is 9.83 percent of Konecranes Plc's shares and
votes. 

Konecranes Plc has a total of 62,293,927 shares. The company has only one class
of shares and each share entitles to one vote.
