Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

New CEO starts at AB „Agrowill Group“

Algirdas Pereckas has been appointed the CEO of „Agrowill Group“.

„Management of the company is trusted to the leader who has a lot of experience
in agriculture. His competence will allow to further purposefully develop one
of the biggest companies in the Baltic states. CEO with 10 years of experience
in the sector of agriculture will be responsible for administration and
management of production activities and the income of agriculture companies“, -
said Vladas Bagavičius, board member of „Agrowill Group“. 

According to him, shareholder Mindaugas Juozaitis, who has leaded the company
during the most difficult time for almost two years, has managed to get
critical processes under control. He will work on creating and developing new
activities of the company. 

Newly appointed CEO of „Agrowill Group“ has previously been leading UAB
„Agrokoncernas“ development in foreign markets. He has also worked in the
leading positions of a few foreign agriculture companies (SIA
“Latagrokoncerns”, SIA “Zemnor”, „Kemira GrowHow Oyj“).
