THE FRENCH COURT OF APPEAL ORDERED ASPOCOMP TO PAY COMPENSATION TO FORMER EMPLOYEES OF ASPOCOMP S.A.S.

Aspocomp Group Plc, Company Announcement, September 18, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

The Court of Appeal of Rouen has changed the decision rendered by the Labor
Court of Evreux and has ruled that Aspocomp Group Plc has to pay to seven
former employees of its former French subsidiary, Aspocomp S.A.S.,
approximately EUR 187 000 and the legal interest. The original ruling of the
Labor Court of Evreux was approximately EUR 127 000 and the legal interest.
Aspocomp Group Plc has not yet been formally notified of the decision. 

The decision of the French Court relates to the claims raised by seven former
Aspocomp S.A.S. employees (Aspocomp's Company Announcements 21.11.2011 and
28.10.2010). 

The ruled compensations do not have an impact on the financial result of the
current fiscal year because Aspocomp has earlier made a related reservation. 

Aspocomp considers if it would take further legal actions.
