CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S MANAGEMENT

The following changes have taken place in the management of GeoSentric Oyj:

Andy van Dam has resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. The
resignation was agreed with the Board in good mutual understanding, and Mr. van
Dam will continue contributing to the company as a shareholder. 

The company and the Board express thanks and gratitude for van Dam's
commitment, advice and guidance as a member of the Board over the past couple
of years.
