NEW CFO FOR WULFF-GROUP PLC

WULFF-GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 February 2010,1:30  p.m. 

NEW CFO FOR WULFF-GROUP PLC                                                     

Wulff-Group Plc has appointed Kati Näätänen (MSc. (Econ.), Authorised Public    
Accountant) as the Group's CFO and member of the Executive Board, starting from 
9 April, 2010. Näätänen will be responsible for the Group's financial           
administration and its development. She will report to Heikki Vienola, CEO of   
Wulff-Group Plc.                                                                

Näätänen, aged 33, will transfer to Wulff-Group from Rapala VMC Corporation,    
where she has been working as a Financial Controller. Näätänen has a strong and 
versatile background in financial administration and investor communications as 
an auditor and controller.                                                      

Wulff-Group's current CFO, MSc. (Econ.) Petri Räsänen, has resigned from the    
company.                                                                        

CEO Heikki Vienola: ”Following our strategy, we want to place a strong focus on 
growth, profitability and internationalisation, which also requires strong      
financial expertise. Näätänen will have a key role in the development of our    
financial administration and, along with the heads of our business operations,  
in securing a profitable growth.”
