Tecnotree appoints Ilkka Raiskinen as President and CEO

Tecnotree Corporation changes the management of the company and appoints Vice
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Ilkka Raiskinen as President & CEO as of
May 28, 2013. The previous President & CEO Kaj Hagros will act as an advisor to
the CEO during handover. 

“The appointment of Ilkka Raiskinen signals the next phase of executing our
strategy. In 2010, Kaj Hagros was tasked to redefine the new strategic
direction towards a broad business IT offering, enabling telecom operators to
transform their business towards a marketplace of digital services. Tecnotree
has successfully transitioned into one of the leading solution providers, as
evidenced by the rapid growth in order intake and revenue. In the next phase of
our strategy, we will improve productization and delivery scalability of our
software products. Ilkka's experience in telecommunications and internet
services R&D is a good match with our next steps”, says Harri Koponen, Chairman
of the Board.

Ilkka Raiskinen comments on his appointment: “I am very excited about the

that my past experience and my exposure in the Tecnotree Board will support our
strong management team.” 

Ilkka Raiskinen (51) has over 25 years of experience in the software and mobile
industries. During the last four years he has been active with Scandinavian
technology start-ups. Prior to that he had multiple executive positions in
Nokia including SVP of Multimedia Experiences and SVP of Nokia's Maps and
Navigation business. Mr. Raiskinen has a M.Sc. (eng) degree from the Helsinki
University of Technology. Ilkka Raiskinen is Finnish by nationality, and lives
in Espoo with his wife and three children. 

Ilkka Raiskinen will continue as a member of the Board of Directors.
