Eik Banki P/F - Changes board/management/auditors

Change in Board and Management of Eik Banki P/F

Mr Marner Jacobsen and Mr Bjarni Olsen have resigned from their position in Eik
Banki P/F as Chief Managing Director and Managing Director, respectively. Mr
Bogi Bendtsen, former Director of Eik Banki P/F, has been appointed Chief
Managing Director temporarily. 

Furthermore, Mr Frithleif Olsen has resigned from his position as Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Eik Banki, and former Deputy Chairman Mr Odd Bjellvåg
has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr Tórmund A. Joensen is
new Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eik Banki P/F. Frithleif Olsen
will continue as a member of the Board.
