Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company (“Ilmarinen”) has notified that, as from 15 April
2013, Ilmarinen's holding in shares of Sponda Plc has fallen below 1/20 (5%),
and the current holding of Ilmarinen in Sponda Plc's shares is 0%.
