Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB - Notification on material event

Election of the members and the chairman of AB “Lietuvos juru laivininkyste” Board.

The Supervisory Board of AB “Lietuvos juru laivininkyste “ has removed Arvydas  
Vaitkus and Livita Kretkovskiene from the Board members and elected Arunas      
Staras transport vice-minister and Juozas Darulis , director of Water Transport 
department of  Ministry of Transport, as members of Board until expiry of the 
service of the present Board. On 20.03.2009 the Board  elected Arunas Staras as
the chairman of the company Board.
