NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECURITIES MARKETS
ACT, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10

On 9 August 2016, Restamax Plc received a notification of major shareholding
regarding Restamax Plc shares in accordance with the Securities Markets Act,
Chapter 9, Section 5.

According to the notification of major shareholding, the share of Laine Capital
Oy, which is controlled by Timo Laine, of the total number of Restamax Plc
shares has increased from 0 shares to 3,000,000 shares or to 18.32 per cent of
the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc.

In total, the share of Timo Laine and the companies controlled by him of the
total number of Restamax Plc shares has increased from 0 shares to 3,000,000
shares or to 18.32 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc.
Furthermore, Mr Max Oy, which is owned in equal shares 50%/50% by Timo Laine and
Mikko Aartio, owns 1,362,994 Restamax Plc shares or 8.32 per cent of the
company's share capital and votes. There is no shareholder agreement between
Timo Laine and Mikko Aartio, but they exercise power of decision based on
consensus over the shares of Restamax Plc owned by Mr Max Oy.

On 1 July 2016, the Financial Supervisory Authority granted to Timo Laine, Laine
Capital Oy and the other parties mentioned in the decision of the Financial
Supervisory Authority, which the Financial Supervisory Authority interprets to
act together in order to exercise control in Restamax Plc, permission to
derogate from the obligation to launch a bid for Restamax Plc shares in
accordance with the Securities Markets Act, Chapter 11, Section 26.

Restamax Plc's share capital comprises a total of 16,379,620 shares and votes.
The company has one series of shares and each share carries one vote.
