Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the price-setting for Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB electricity distribution price caps, and the public electricity price cap for 2017

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – The Company), identification
code 304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24, Vilnius, Republic
of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by company
is 894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023. 

On 14 October, 2016 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
(hereinafter – Commission) established  electricity distribution price caps for
2017: 

•    in medium - voltage networks 0,830 EUR ct/kWh,

•    in low - voltage networks 1,655 EUR ct/kWh.

Currently electricity distribution price cap in medium-voltage networks is
1,000 EUR ct/kWh, in low-voltage networks – 1,766 EUR ct/kWh. 

On 14 October, 2016 Commission established public electricity supply service
price cap for 2017 – 0,143 EUR ct/kWh. Currently public electricity supply
service price cap is 0,165 EUR ct/kWh. 

Based on the set electricity distribution price cap and electricity supply
service price cap, the Board of the Company will decide on the mentioned
specific services prices for the year of 2017.
