Concerning the repeal of the provisional measures of protection

The District Court of Telšiai Region has repealed the provisional measures of
protection that have been applied according to the requirement under the Plaint
of the Investors Association and Mr Vytautas Plunksnys. By the previous ruling
of the Court it was decided to suspend the execution of the decisions of the
Board as of 03 August 2016 and of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders as of 26 August 2016 following which the shares issued by the
company were to be delisted from the trading on a regulated market the Nasdaq
Vilnius, AB.
