New Owner Structure of Eik Banki Føroya P/F

On 6th April 2011, the sales agreement between the Danish Financial Stability
Company and Faroese holding company TF Holding P/F regarding 70 per cent of the
share capital of Eik Banki Føroya, was closed. 

The agreement has been approved by the relevant Faroese and Danish authorities,
and TF Holding P/F now owns 70 per cent of the share capital of Eik Banki
Føroya whereas the Danish Financial Stability Company holds the remaining 30
per cent.
