AB Bank "FINASTA" - Notification on material event

New member of the Board

Bank "Finasta" informs, that Lithuanian Bank approved the candidacy of Robertas
Čipkus, the Director of Finance Division at the bank „Finasta“, for the
position of the Board member. Robertas Čipkus will hold the position starting
from 8th October 2010. Robertas Čipkus is the fourth member of the bank
„Finasta“ board.
