INVITATION TO THE PRESENTATION OF TECHNOPOLIS'S 2008 FINANCIAL REPORT

Technopolis Plc's financial report for 2008 will be released on Thursday
January 29, 2009 at 12.00. 

The briefing in Finnish for the media, investors and analysts will be held at
2.00 p.m. EET at the Technopolis teleconference room in Ruoholahti, Helsinki
(address: Hiilikatu 3). Attending the briefing will be Mr Pertti Huuskonen,
Chairman of Board, and Mr Keith Silverang, President and CEO. 

In Finland, the briefing will be video-relayed to Technopolis's teleconference
